The last in the alphas for TangoCMS 2.1.0 "Panda", Alpha2, has been released for Download. Please note that this is not the final 2.1.0 release, and is not to be used in a production environment.

Changes

Most of the work going into Alpha2 has been focused on hooks and interface improvement, both of which will make TangoCMS much easier to extend and work with respectively. The RSS module has been heavily worked on, and it almost working correctly to provide RSS feeds for different. content, such as Articles and Media.

The interface improvements (mostly in the AdminCP) not only make TangoCMS look even more visually appealing, but they also extend the end-user functions. One of these is to delete multiple Articles, Menu Items, Pages at once, instead of having to delete them all one-by-one, helping to speed up your workflow.

An optional feature in the Page module now allows you to create an alias for that page as you create it, again speeding up the way in which you can work with ther interface.
